SoCal Contest Guidelines:
Tag us on Instagram @kupainc and use the hashtag #kupasocalcontest with your nail design using SoCal color as inspiration for a chance to WIN One MANIPro Passport® SoCal Collection. We will pick 4 of our favorites as the winners. One entry per participant. The winners will be determined on June 14th, 2023 and notified via email. Good luck!
To participate, contestants have to follow these rules and guidelines:

Format and submission:

ONE picture per contestant (Instagram post format).

Final date for entries May 31st, 2023

Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.

Post the picture on the contestant’s IG account.

Each entry must include:

Mention @kupainc in the post

MUST include hashtag #kupasocalcontest in the post.

Include 1 or more hashtag of KUPA products the contestant use to create the nail such as:

MUST BE contestant’s original work.

By entering the contest, contestants agree that photos submitted can be used by KUPA Inc for advertising purposes.

The photo must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or anything that constitutes copyright infringement.
Judging/Prize:

Entries will be judged by KUPA Inc. All decisions are final

Winning photos will be based on the nail design and skills as well as the overall composition of the photo.

The prize must be collected by the winner and is non-transferable.

The winners will be contacted via IG direct message. If no response is received after THREE days, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will be forfeited all rights to the prize.
Others:

Violators will be removed from the contest, stripped of any prize(s), and banned from entering future contests.

The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
