Shipping

All orders are subject to freight charges and will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. UPS Ground can take up to five business days. Overnight, Blue Label or other means of shipping will be at additional cost. COD charges will apply.

Prices

All prices are net and subject to change without notice. Merchandise and equipment orders are accepted with the understanding that goods will be billed at the prevailing prices on the date of shipment.

Taxes

Prices do not include any taxes now or hereafter enacted applicable to the goods sold or this transaction which taxes will be added by seller to the sales price where seller is required by law to collect the same and will be paid by the buyer unless buyer provides seller with proper tax exemption certificate.

Refunds

We offer 30 Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please call customer service at 800-994-5872, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.

Warranty

The following is in lieu of all warranties, implied or statutory, including but not limited to any implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE and of any other obligation on the part of the seller. Seller warrants that all KUPA goods are of high quality and good workmanship. All equipment is guaranteed against defects in material and faulty workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of shipment. After expiration of said 1 year period, charges for labor, parts and shipping costs will be assessed to the user for repairing or conditioning equipment.

Remedies and Damages

If goods furnished by seller fail to conform to this contract, including but not limited to, seller ʻs warranty, seller is solely and exclusive liability shall be at sellerʼs option to repair, replace or credit buyerʼs account for any such goods which are returned by buyer during the warranty period set forth above provided that: (1) seller is notified in writing within 30 days from shipping date by buyer that such goods failed to conform to this contract with detailed explanation of any alleged deficiencies, (2) such goods are returned to seller F.O.B. seller is plant and (3) seller is examination of such goods shall disclose to seller is satisfaction that such alleged deficiencies actually exist and were not caused by accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, repair or improper testing. If such goods fail to conform, to this contract, seller shall reimburse buyer for the transportation paid by buyer for such goods. If seller elects to repair or replace such goods, seller shall have a reasonable time to make such repairs or replace such goods. If seller determines returned goods are in resale-able condition at time of their return buyer will be charged 25% (7 minimum) re-stocking fee.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY BREACH HEREOF, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO COSTS OF REMOVAL AND REINSTALLATION OF GOODS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF USE. A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE MUST ACCOMPANY GOODS.
